This years price will be $450.00 per pack for the Premium and $275.00 for the Mini.

                                    2 Tenderloin Steaks

                                    1 pack of Short Ribs

                                    1 pack of Soup Bones

                                    12 - 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef

  The MINI packs will weigh approx 28 pounds.                            

The MINI Beef Packs ($275.00) contain: 

                           2 Premium Roasts

                                    2 Rib Steaks

                                    2 Sirloin Steaks

                                    2 New York/Strip loin Steaks

                                    2 Tenderloin Steaks

                                    6  - 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
